2026 AIM+ 18U Girls Leaderboard: Top 5

Five athletes whose production and efficiency set the standard across the 2025–26 club season.


The 25/26 club season is done. These five finished at the top of the AIM+ 18U Girls Leaderboard.

The ranking is based on AIM+ Score — a straightforward look at how much a player produced and how efficiently they did it across attacking, serving, setting, blocking, and defense. It’s built from verified match data at events like SoCal Cup, Nike Circuit, and JVA.

Below is the current Top 5 

1. Kailyn Connelly, SKY Elite 18-1. AIM+ Score: 59.25

Middle blocker from Beaver, Pennsylvania, who is signed to play at Fairmont State. Connelly holds the top spot after producing 23 kills, 4 service aces, 29 total points, and 2 attack errors on 36 attempts at a .583 hitting percentage, the highest in this Top 10... Her combination of scoring production and attacking efficiency allowed her to make a major impact in a limited number of sets.

2. Annie Quinlan, NOVA Juniors 18s Gold. AIM+ Score: 42.15

Quinlan displayed her versatility throughout 13 sets, finishing with 114 assists, 47 digs, eight service aces and 20 kills. She added three solo blocks and recorded 31 total points while contributing in nearly every phase of the game. Her ability to facilitate the offense, defend and create points as both a server and attacker helped her secure the second position on the leaderboard.

3. Dakota Carvo, Viper 18-1 Kurstan/Natalie. AIM+ Score: 40.67

Carvo, who is signed to play volleyball at CSU Dominguez Hills, combined efficient offense with steady defensive production, recording 31 kills while hitting .438 across nine sets. She committed only three attack errors on 64 attempts and also contributed five service aces, 21 digs and 36 total points. Her efficiency at the net, paired with her contributions from the service line and back row, resulted in a strong all-around statistical performance.

4. Lily Hamilton, MVC 18 Rach. AIM+ Score: 39.64

Hamilton recorded one of the most complete stat lines among the top 10 athletes, totaling 59 kills, 135 assists, 23 service aces and 63 digs across 25 sets. She also added six solo blocks, four block assists and 88 total points, demonstrating her ability to contribute in nearly every major statistical category. Her combination of setting, scoring, serving, blocking and defense makes her one of the most versatile players on the leaderboard.

5. Camryn Ludban, Apex VBTC 18 Apex Red. AIM+ Score: 38.88

Outside hitter from Hilliard, Ohio, recorded 36 kills, 31 receptions and 28 digs through eight sets. She also finished with 39 total points, one service ace and two solo blocks while taking on responsibilities at the net and in the back row. Her ability to produce offensively while remaining involved in serve receive and defense helped her earn the fifth spot.
