As the 2025–26 club season comes to a close, these five finished at the top of the AIM+ 16U Boys Leaderboard.
The ranking is based on AIM+ Score — a straightforward look at how much a player produced and how efficiently they did it across attacking, serving, setting, blocking and defense. It’s built from verified match data at events like SoCal Cup, Nike Circuit and JVA.
Below is the current Top 5:
1. Lascelles Ellis, JAX SKYLINE 16B Royal. AIM+ Score: 37.71
Ellis earned the top position after delivering a strong all-around performance across 14 sets. He recorded 54 kills on 86 attack attempts while posting a .523 hitting percentage, the highest among the Top 5. He also added 11 solo blocks, two block assists, 26 digs and 66 total points. His combination of offensive efficiency and production at the net helped him secure the top spot.
2. Colton Faust, Niagara Frontier 16 Cobalt. AIM+ Score: 33.00
Faust displayed his versatility throughout 17 sets, recording 121 assists, 10 service aces, 47 digs and 10 solo blocks. He also added seven kills, two block assists and finished with 27 total points. His 121 assists were the highest among the Top 5, while his ability to contribute as a setter, server, blocker and defender helped him earn the second position.
3. Ryder Wilper, Juggernaut 16-National 1. AIM+ Score: 32.38
Wilper delivered strong offensive production across 16 sets, recording 79 kills, nine service aces, 50 receptions and 32 digs. He also added seven solo blocks and finished with 95 total points, the highest among the Top 5. His .333 hitting percentage and consistent production across multiple areas of the game helped him secure the third spot on the leaderboard.
4. Nathan Allport, Legacy 16 National Boys. AIM+ Score: 32.38
Allport contributed across several areas of the game through 13 sets, recording 28 kills, eight service aces, 64 receptions and 64 digs. He also added two solo blocks and finished with 38 total points. His 64 digs were the highest among the Top 5, while his work in serve receive and defense helped him earn the fourth position.
5. James DeGraaf, Steel City 16 Black. AIM+ Score: 31.67
DeGraaf made an impact across six sets, finishing with 27 assists, 11 service aces and 11 digs. He totaled 11 points while contributing primarily as a setter and from the service line. His ability to create opportunities for his teammates while applying pressure with his serve helped him round out the Top 5.
