2026 Windy City Round Up Open Champions
18 Open: Tribe 18B Elite Cardinal (FL)
Tribe 18B Elite Cardinal put together an impressive championship run in 18 Open, winning seven of their nine matches and finishing strong on Championship Sunday. After navigating a highly competitive field, Tribe earned key bracket victories over SPVB B18 Elite and MKE Sting. Their ability to respond throughout the weekend and perform under pressure helped secure the Open Division title.
17 Open: Miami United 17 N Sebi (FL)
Miami United 17 N Sebi captured the 17 Open championship title after battling through one of the deepest divisions of the tournament. The team earned bracket wins over Club 1 B 17 Skronkstrong, CUVC 17-1 Boys, and MOD B17 Blue, closing the weekend with consecutive victories on Championship Sunday. Their balanced performance throughout bracket play helped them finish atop the division.
16 Open: MKE Sting 16-1 (BG)
MKE Sting 16-1 delivered one of the most dominant performances of the tournament, finishing undefeated with a perfect 9-0 record. The team dropped only four sets all weekend while earning victories over strong opponents including Adversity VBC 16 Adidas, Tribe 16B Elite Cardinal, Pipeline 16-1, and Miami United 16 N Matt. Their consistency from pool play through the championship bracket made them the clear 16 Open champions.
15 Open: MVC 15-Jim (BG)
MVC 15-Jim showed resilience throughout the weekend on their way to the 15 Open championship. After facing a competitive field, the team rebounded from earlier bracket setbacks and closed the tournament with consecutive wins over Tribe 15B Elite Cardinal, MOD B15 Blue, and SPVB B15 Elite. Their strong finish and ability to execute in key moments secured the division title.
14 Open: MOD B14 Blue (GL)
MOD B14 Blue completed an outstanding undefeated run to claim the 14 Open championship title, finishing 8-0 with a 16-2 set record. The team controlled play throughout the weekend, earning bracket victories over Ultimate B14 Gold, MKE Sting 14-1, and Kaizen Boys 14 Black before closing out the championship match against MKE Sting 14-1. Their consistency and depth were on full display from the opening match through the final point.
