As the 2025–26 club season comes to a close, these five finished at the top of the AIM+ 16U Girls Leaderboard.
The ranking is based on AIM+ Score — a straightforward look at how much a player produced and how efficiently they did it across attacking, serving, setting, blocking and defense. It’s built from verified match data at events like Nike Circuit and JVA.
Below is the current Top 5:
1. Ella Limerick, Empowered 16 Elite Onyx. AIM+ Score: 45.45
Limerick earned the top position after putting together a strong all-around performance across 11 sets. She recorded 12 kills on 30 attack attempts with a .300 hitting percentage, while also contributing 105 assists, 17 service aces and 38 digs. She added two block assists and finished with 29 total points. Her 105 assists were the highest among the Top 5, and her ability to contribute as a setter, server and defender helped her claim the top spot.
2. Siri Maciej, MN Select 16-2. AIM+ Score: 45.08
Maciej delivered a strong all-around performance across 12 sets, recording 38 kills, 49 assists, 18 service aces and 24 digs. She also added four solo blocks and finished with 60 total points while posting a .329 hitting percentage. Her ability to contribute offensively, from the service line and at the net helped her secure the second position.
3. Marlo Downing, Phoenix G16 Black. AIM+ Score: 44.08
Downing recorded 55 kills, 13 service aces, 48 receptions and 41 digs through 12 sets. She added nine solo blocks and one block assist while finishing with 77 total points, the highest among the Top 5. Her .241 hitting percentage reflects the volume of her offensive production, while her contributions in serve receive, defense and blocking helped her earn the third spot on the leaderboard.
4. Blair Briggs, oe.16.1. AIM+ Score: 44.00
Briggs contributed on both sides of the ball with 41 kills, 55 assists, five service aces and 36 digs across 14 sets. She was also a consistent presence at the net, recording eight solo blocks and one block assist. With 54 total points and a .427 hitting percentage, the highest among the Top 5, her production helped her earn the fourth spot on the leaderboard.
5. Olivia Milano, Point West 16-Danny. AIM+ Score: 41.79
Milano displayed her versatility throughout 14 sets, finishing with 25 kills, 67 assists, 22 service aces and 35 digs. She also recorded one solo block and four block assists while totaling 48 points. Her 22 service aces were the highest among the Top 5, and her ability to set, attack, serve, block and defend allowed her to make an impact across nearly every major statistical category.
